I get error when clicking request review

 i got an email this morning saying "The team has reviewed it but unfortunately your site isn’t ready to show ads at this time. There are some issues which need fixing before your site is ready to show ads." 

After the email, I head to adsense and tried fixing the issue and the prompt left my dashboard. but whenever I try to click the "Request review" button I get the "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I tried disabling the sitekit and my wp headers and footers plugin. I disabled the sitekit and enabled the other but still same issue. But when I click site' it still shows 'Getting ready ...'
